McCarthy said he was about 17 years old when Orsolits sexually abused him in 1966 or 1967, while Orsolits was assigned to St. John the Baptist Church in Alden. His younger brother, who asked that his first name be withheld, said he was 12 or 13 when he was abused by Orsolits.
