The Alabama Supreme Court will not hear an appeal in the case of a former Shelby County pastor who killed his wife with a shotgun in the bedroom of the church parsonage where they lived with their young daughters. The Court announced Friday it will not hear Timothy Dane Tillman's request for appeal.
