COLUMBUS. Martha Ellen Proffitt, 76, of Yellowwood Drive, died at 7:02 a.m. February 20, 2018, at Columbus Regional Hospital. Martha was born July 24, 1941, in Shelbyville, the daughter of the late William and Monta Pope Henry. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, where she enjoyed working in the daycare.
