Ussery was charged with terroristic threat because he told the pastor, Frank Pomeroy, that he would hang him and fellow congregant Rod Green, who was also present, according to a charging affidavit. “Both victims were in fear of their personal safety by (Ussery’s) verbal threats and demeanor,” the document states.
