Starting April 2, by decree of the St. Paul City Council last December, Listening House is not supposed to allow any additional visitors after the first 20 arrive. It’s a condition that Listening House Executive Director Cheryl Peterson has no intention of meeting. “I’m not going to close the door,” she said.
