HAVERHILL — The Rev. Kenneth Young, the new pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, knew what he wanted to do for his life's work at a young age. "I had a calling to ministry at 19," he said during a recent interview with The Eagle-Tribune. His pastor in Macon, Georgia, told him in no uncertain terms that he needed to become learned, he recalled.
