Sandra Mendoza of Springdale, Ohio, and Pastor Alfredo Ortiz of Iglesia Jesucristo Rey de las Naciones in Lincoln Heights, Ohio, buckle her paraplegic son, Ricky Solis, into his car seat Feb. 8, 2018, for a more than two-hour trip to Mount Gilead, Ohio, so Mendoza could marry her fiancé, Yancarlos Mendez, in immigration detention.
