Founded four years ago by the Tim Tebow Foundation, Night to Shine proms are held annually around Valentine’s Day for special needs people, age 14 and older By Marian Rizzo Correspondent. The evening began with hairdos and makeup for the girls and shoe shines for the guys. The night ended with a huge balloon drop.
