By Gus Chan, The Plain Dealer PEPPER PIKE, Ohio - On Friday night, Garfield Memorial Church partnered with 540 other churches locally, nationally and internationally, to host Night to Shine, a prom night event for people with special needs ages 14 and older. The event was sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation.
