The Cross River State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has passed a vote of confidence on the minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Pastor Usani Uguru Usani. The organizing secretary, Chief Ekpe Owan said the Minister has been living up to his commitment to the party since last year.
