| Topeka church to hold 'Night to Shine' event for people with special needs |

Phil Anderson Philreports. A Topeka church is collaborating with the Tim Tebow Foundation to hold a prom for people with special needs. The "Night to Shine" prom is set for 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9, at Grace Community Church, 4300 S.W. Burlingame Road.The event is designed for people ages 14 and older who have special needs.
