The Leyte Metropolitan Water District (LMWD) board of Directors (BOD) appointed by Leyte Gov. Leopoldo Dominico Petilla and confirmed by the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) recently slammed their detractors for continuing to wreak havoc in the agency.
