CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- CMS approved a vote to amend the district's multiculturalism policy Tuesday night, adding language that upset hundreds of parents who showed up to protest the vote Tuesday night. The words that had some parents upset at the meeting were: Sexual orientation; Expression; Gender Identity.
