SEYMOUR. Rosella May Ballman, 83, of Seymour, won her journey on Tuesday, January 2, 2018, at Lutheran Community Home, Seymour, and is now with her Heavenly Father. Rosella was a member of the Freetown Church of the Nazarene. She was a caregiver for ten years and lived life in joy.
