State Rep. Mark Keough, who wants to deny Doyal a second term in a March 6 primary, also expresses admiration for the county where he lives. Like countless candidates who have challenged incumbents, however, he says his campaign is a response to a clamor for change. "People came to me and asked, 'What's going on in Montgomery County?'" Keough said.
