The opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) has touched up its National Executive Committee elevating former Lubansenshi Member of Parliament Patrick Mucheleka to deputy secretary general. Mazabuka lawmaker Garry Nkombo has been appointed as chairperson for elections and campaigns.
