Non-tax changes in the GOP tax plan include: 1. Expanding oil drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska. That means 129,000 Caribou mothers, aka reindeer, will not be happy if they have to share their calving grounds with oil rigs. With global warming, we need to use less fossil fuels, not more.
