Religious leaders in Houston are taking a more critical look at security, just one month after a man killed 26 men, women, and children at First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs. Harris County Constable for Precinct 1, Alan Rosen, and his office will hold a second active shooter training Dec. 7 .
