U.S. State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert says the people of Zimbabwe want a "new era" and an end to international isolation after the resignation of Robert Mugabe as president. Nauert says the U.S. is unsure what arrangements will be made for governing Zimbabwe in the short term.
