Indianapolis pastor Davey Blackburn announced in a blog post Tuesday that he's engaged. His announcement comes four days after the second anniversary of the slaying of his pregnant wife, Amanda. The blog post, titled "I popped the question & she said yes!" is nearly 4,000 words or 10 pages long.
