On a recent Wednesday night at Episcopal Church of the Redeemer in west Mobile, parishioner Bridget Archer stood in the commercial kitchen of the parish hall. She likes to stop what she's doing occasionally during the church's weekly Community Cafe, she says, and look out at the round tables, all filled with people eating, talking and laughing.
