VANCOUVER, WASH. — Neighbors are concerned about a church's plan to allow homeless people to camp in its parking lot overnight. Residents living around Laurelwood Baptist Church were told this week about the church's program. Pastor Mike Wilde said members of the church have been working to talk with every resident.
