Widespread poverty and fast-growing rents have pushed a growing number of families and individuals out of their homes in Cincinnati, which ranked among the Top 10 large metro areas for evictions last year, according to a report released Thursday. About one in 20 Cincinnati renters (4.8 percent) using the apartment rental website, ApartmentList.
