Peter Steudtner, a German human rights consultant, Ali Gharavi, a Swede, and eight Turkish colleagues, including a director and a country head at Amnesty International, were arrested in July while taking part in a workshop on data protection for human rights activists, according to their lawyers. The 11th defendant was arrested earlier.
