October 31 marks the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation, which was the greatest Christian movement since apostolic times. The Reformation, a tremendous revival of biblical and New Testament theology, officially began in 1517 when Martin Luther challenged the Roman Church on the matter of indulgences.
