This year's edition of the free candy giveaway is set from 5 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 31. As it has in past years, the event will include games, free food (walking tacos), inflatables, door prizes and balloons. Volunteers decorate their vehicles from which they distribute candy and so far 25 have agreed to participate.
