NOT long ago, Ben Stephens did maintenance work in the mines. Then he got injured. Today he makes cutting-edge coffee machines, and is mates with the world champion barista. Stephens was in a cafe yesterday when he heard that Sasa Sestic, who owns ONA Coffee in Canberra, had won the World Barista Championship in Seattle.
