Earl Goen, 91. Aug. 1, 1926 — Oct. 12, 2017. BEDFORD — Earl Goen, 91, of Bedford, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017, at Garden Villa, Bedford. Born August 1, 1926, in Sparksville, he was the son of Henry and Carrie (Branaman) Goen. He married Phyllis Collier on Sept. 6, 1968; and she survives. He was a graduate of Medora High School.
