In short Pastor Samuel Kakande is set to make a loss of an estimated 50 billion Shillings after the Justice Bamugemereire Commission ordered him to vacate a piece of land he illegally encroached on. The disputed land, measuring 40 square miles along Lake Victoria shores, is located in Bukakata and Buwunga sub counties in Masaka district.
