SUTHERLAND, Ia. — The town's electronic welcome sign scrolled a new, painful message Wednesday. “RIP Carly.” It was a sentiment echoed by most everyone in this small town of 600 souls: Rest in peace, Carly Kreibaum. Kreibaum, 33, was remembered Wednesday as a well-liked mother of two young children who married a Sutherland man, Chris Kreibaum.
