The building located at 703 Holland Street is soon to be occupied by its original owner. Erie Insurance is leasing the former Lake Erie Ballet building to Grace Church for the next year. This building previously served as the meeting place for Grace Church from 1906-1959 until the congregation moved to Millcreek.
