COLUMBUS. Penny L. Ramey, 61 of Columbus passed away September 28, 2017 after a long battle to colon cancer. She was Born in Ft. Polk, Louisiana on June 13, 1956 to Murriel and Glendola Phelps. Penny enjoyed crafts, fishing, and mushroom hunting but she loved spending time with her family the most.
