MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A military veteran is suing a transportation company after almost losing his life on one of their vehicles. Robert Leffler, the attorney representing Eugene Milligan, told FOX13 in June his client got on a transport vehicle belonging to Community Pastor Care, LLC.
