VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- The FBI has released video of Ashanti Billie's car entering JEB the morning on Monday, September 18. The FBI has announced a $10,000 reward for information leading to the location of missing college student Ashanti Billie. Now, it's doubled to $20,000 after Blimpie contributed to the reward money.
