BROWNSTOWN, IN. Joyce Ann Hoevener, 85 of Brownstown, passed away at Schneck Medical Center on Tuesday, September 19, 2017. Mrs. Hoevener was born July 29, 1932 in Montrose, Colorado to the late Alonzo and Madge L. Christensen Garrison. She married the late Roy Henry Hoevener on May 22, 1948 in Manchester, Kentucky.
