CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Dennis J. Kucinich remembers well the moment he first met Councilman George L. Forbes during a visit to Cleveland City Hall. It was the spring of 1967, and Forbes wanted to have some fun with the pint-sized college kid who had the audacity to speak at a public hearing focused on a council reduction.
