A SUSPECTED thief was killed and another was arrested, while two others escaped after a foiled robbery at the public market of Salug, Zamboanga del Norte, the police reported on Friday, September 22. The Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Police Office identified the slain suspect as Jemart Pastor, who failed to reach the hospital alive.
