Mr. and Mrs. James E. Macadlo. Pamela L. Mesches married James E. Macadlo during a late afternoon ceremony on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2017, at Gregor’s Garden Grove in West Seneca. Pastor Mike Bowers officiated.
The bride was escorted by Hannah and Gabrielle Mesches, her twin daughters.
