The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber on Wednesday released its scorecard on how business-friendly the City Council candidates are. Candidates interviewed with Chamber officials and submitted questionnaires and were scored in three categories on where they stand on the Chamber's mission: "highly aligned," "somewhat aligned" and "marginally aligned.
