FRANKLIN. Dr. Charles L. Wolff, 95, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the Franklin United Methodist Community. He was born on May 14, 1922 in Franklin to Dr. James L. Wolff and Alma (Fleener) Wolff. He married Edna Jean “Jeannie” (Zimmerman) Wolff on March 25, 1951 in Danville; she preceded him in death on April 8, 2017.
