During the storm, Marion County housed 389 special-needs evacuees, not counting their caregivers and other family members. Staff report. More than 150 Hurricane Irma special-needs evacuees still housed at Marion County shelters are being moved Tuesday to their homes or to a temporary shelter at Church of HOPE.
