12:50 p.m. update: After Irma's severe weather tore through Tampa Bay, prompting curfews and closing roads throughout the region, the Gandy and Howard Frankland bridges reopened on Monday morning.
The Courtney Campbell Causeway was partially open: westbound lanes are still closed due to a downed power line.
