Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago has said he will not entertain laziness, graft and poor services in his second term. On Saturday he flagged off the distribution of Sh100 million drugs to 121 hospitals. He said those who will steal the drugs and public resources will be dealt with harshly.
