Pop star Miley Cyrus has tearfully announced she is donating $500,000 to victims of Hurricane Harvey, becoming the latest celebrity to contribute funds to the relief effort after the mega-storm ravaged Texas. The singer and actress, during an appearance on Ellen , broke down in tears as she discussed seeing the devastation from the storm.
