“Kenny” was born on Nov. 25, 1947, in Peterborough, son of the late William G. Elliott and Elsie M. Elliott of Jaffrey. He was a 1965 graduate of Conant High School in Jaffrey and later enlisted in the U.S. Navy where he served his country honorably in the Vietnam War as an aircraft mechanic.
