Pastor deserves reward. My heart broke when I read the article (Monday, Aug. 28) "Pastor wants reward for his public service." Why is the Rev. Ralph White having to sue the city for the $50,000 reward by CrimeStoppers? He personally arranged for the surrender of a wanted criminal to the U.S. Marshal.
