RALEIGH, North Carolina (WTVD) -- The Raleigh Police Department says a woman stabbed just before 1:15 a.m. in the 5200 block of Patuxent Drive has died. Police have identified her as 29-year-old Lauren Ashley-Nicole Phelps.
Officials say this was not a random act, and they have charged 28-year-old Matthew James Phelps with murder.
