CANTON, Mich. - A former pastor of Resurrection Parish in Canton has been charged after he allegedly stole money and items from the church. Father Eugene Katcher, 71, faces three counts of larceny in a building charges. According to the Archdiocese of Detroit, an investigation began in the spring after allegations were made against Katcher.
