Di Fillhart, owner of Starfish Cafe, came to South Mississippi to help after Hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast in 2005. She fell in love with Bay St. Louis and opened a restaurant to help those in need learn a skill set they'll have for the rest of their lives.
Artist's work will become public display in Ocean Springs.
