This is to salute Fort Collins City Council members Kristin Stephens and Bob Overbeck, who, while recognizing that commercial interests, as Martin Luther King would say, "have their place," to my mind voted all considered in the Aug. 15 "obstructionists" decision that it is still human rights that must be the master of civic action.
